Review their actions more than their words. Amazon just got into the nuclear game when it purchase a data center powered by a nuclear plant. Thus AI will increase the demand for the energy to power those centers. This situation is going to force the Unites States to invest in more gas plants in order to accommodate growth in demand in electricity and economic growth, akin to what China is doing with coal and why renewables while gaining market share, continues to fail to coal-in America it will be gas.
All these smart people doing AI - kinda makes you wonder how that's going to work out for us all!

Well, now here is question, so we need more gas plants... that is great, where are they going to get the gas? Last time I checked we need pipelines for that, and pipelines have capacity limits. Since it is so easy to permit a pipeline... somewhere around a million a mile, I am curious. Perhaps we take electricity from the residential customers for Bill's great plans... Let the left put their money where their mouth is, turn off your house so your AI bot works...
